Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) Located in an acute care setting, this role involves evaluating and treating patients within the inpatient rehabilitation department. The occupational therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery, independence, and functional skills, while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

Job Details

• Certifications & Licensure: Occupational Therapist license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Education & Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional information: Responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and conducting rehabilitation services to help restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills. Completes patient evaluations, develops and updates the Plan of Care, and documents all clinical services. Provides clinical supervision to assistants and serves as a clinical instructor for students. Maintains compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and ensures patient safety and privacy at all times.
