Physical Therapist SNF Texas. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations resulting from injury, illness, or disability. The role focuses on developing personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to restore function, manage pain, and enhance quality of life.

Job Details

Position Description: A physical therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations due to injury, illness, or disability. They develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to restore function, manage pain, and improve quality of life. PTs also educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Required Qualifications: 2 years of physical therapy (PT) experience, Texas or compact license, and documentation.
Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Start Date: 11/09/2026
End Date: 02/08/2027
