Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in an outpatient setting. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, active applicable license for the state where work will be performed, 0 years of outpatient clinical experience, acceptable to have previously completed assignments with the agency or organization
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops goal-oriented treatment plans, documents medical records accurately and timely, participates in student programs with appropriate supervision, pursues ongoing professional development, adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements, maintains licensure in good standing, and actively contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
