Description
Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) for a facility in need of a qualified outpatient physical therapist on a full-time basis. The position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote functional recovery and safe return to community activities. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/07/2026 and conclude on 12/07/2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, current CPR certification, active applicable license for the state where work will be performed, outpatient experience preferred, prior assignment with the organization or agency highly desired, or previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
- Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, document clinical interventions, participate in student programs, and pursue ongoing professional development. Must adhere to state practice acts, maintain licensure in good standing, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives. Emphasis on safety, professionalism, and compliance with regulatory standards is required.
