Description
Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position in Duluth, MN. This role involves performing advanced nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT and nuclear cardiology, using state-of-the-art equipment. The technologist will be responsible for maintaining safety protocols, ensuring high-quality imaging, and adhering to department standards in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Duluth, MN
- Shift: 8-hour variable days, Monday through Friday
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/12/2026
- End Date: 01/10/2027
- Required Qualifications:
- Certification: AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) and ARRT (N) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology program; Associate Degree or Certificate
- Experience: 2+ years of nuclear medicine experience including general nuclear medicine, PET/CT, or nuclear cardiology; charting experience with Epic preferred
- Location Requirements: Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Equipment Knowledge: GE 530 C cardiac camera, Siemens Biograph Horizon PET/CT, Siemens Symbia Intevo SPECT/CT
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Additional Information:
- Scrub colors: any color, must be clean and work appropriate
- Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
- During flu season, any traveler declining flu and COVID vaccinations is required to wear a mask at all times, per policy
- Holiday rotation may involve call with a low probability of request, including possible call for nights or weekends with a 30-minute response time
