Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist, Registered (RRT) at a healthcare organization in Jackson, MS. This role requires a highly experienced respiratory care professional to support a high-volume facility with multiple intensive care units, a neonatal intensive care unit, and a burn unit. The position involves night shifts, with responsibilities aligned with acute care settings, emphasizing integrity and strong time management skills to meet demanding workload requirements.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license, Mississippi RCP license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 24 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Schedule: Shift time is nights; minimum hours per week are 36; start date is 10/12/2026; end date is 01/09/2027.
- Additional Information: No call responsibilities, but work all holidays between 11/22/2026 and 01/05/2027. Candidates must demonstrate strong time management and integrity. No float rotation required.
- Radius Rule: 50 miles; candidates must reside within this radius of the facility.
