Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist in a healthcare organization. This position involves working in a cath lab environment, performing specialized procedures related to cardiac catheterization. The role requires technical proficiency in cardiac procedures and the ability to support patient care during complex interventions.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift with start time at 6:45 AM and end time at 5:15 PM; minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential; at least 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab; valid licensure as applicable; experience with Epic electronic medical record system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with coronary interventions and fluoroscopy equipment; ability to handle emergent situations efficiently.
- Additional Information: Cath lab technologist must be capable of managing approximately 12 weeknights per week for call; approximately one weekend per month or as needed; holiday call may be required depending on department needs and the contract period.
