Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) This outpatient therapy position is located in a healthcare facility providing physical therapy services to patients. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring functional recovery to facilitate return to community activities. The assignment is a 6-month contract commencing on 09/07/2026, with a focus on patient safety, clinical reasoning, and professional development.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; 6 month contract desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals, and perform timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies. Involvement in student education and continuous professional growth through ongoing learning opportunities are encouraged.
