Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist SNF for a daytime shift in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover, maintain, or improve essential daily living and working skills. The therapist will assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, teach therapeutic activities, and provide education to patients and their families.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Two years of occupational therapy experience, Texas license or Compact license, valid document submission
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The position requires developing individualized treatment plans, assessing physical and cognitive needs, and supporting patient independence within a skilled nursing environment.
