Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in a pediatric-focused healthcare setting. This position involves providing respiratory care to pediatric patients during night shifts, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and improving patient outcomes. The role is situated within a facility dedicated to specialized pediatric respiratory services.
Job Details:
- Position Description: General comments: No. of Positions: 1/1.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid respiratory therapy license, certification in pediatrics, relevant educational background in respiratory therapy, and at least 1 year of experience in pediatric respiratory care.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal and pediatric respiratory procedures, additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Additional Information: The role involves delivering pediatric respiratory treatments, operating specialized equipment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support the health and safety of young patients.
