Description
Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position available in a healthcare facility located in the region. This contract role spans 13 weeks, starting on 09/14/2026, with a primary location offering dayshift hours. The role focuses on providing high-quality imaging services with an emphasis on assessment and critical thinking skills, supporting a growing neuro department and stroke patients. The position requires working during weekends with mandatory coverage on Saturday and Sunday, and the schedule includes 12-hour shifts.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Dayshift, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) certification for MRI; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; associate degree or certificate; two or more years of MRI technologist experience preferred; must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills; experience with GE 1.5T Voyager and GE 3T Hero 129 machines; experience with EPIC charting system preferred but not required; must work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with work scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; minimum experience required is 0 years.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Position involves working with adult patient population, providing highest quality patient care, and maintaining patient satisfaction. The team is experienced, friendly, and welcoming, with a focus on neuro and stroke care. Uniform color required is royal blue.
- Shift Notes: 12-hour shifts on weekends, with either Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday schedule.
- Credentials Submission: Must attach ARRT or ARMRIT certification and BLS upon submission.
