Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications. No minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred, previous pediatric respiratory experience advantageous.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing procedures on pediatric patients, with emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and maintaining a positive attitude. The department utilizes Meditech documentation system and has policies supporting patient experience, including AIDET communication standards and medication teaching protocols. The unit features new equipment and technology, with staff benefiting from diverse schedule options, including potential weekend rotations.
