Description
Job Summary:
Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) position located in Alexandria, LA. This role involves working overnight shifts in a high-volume hospital pharmacy serving a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and the elderly. The selected candidate will join a highly dedicated team that emphasizes teamwork, support, and professional growth within a fast-paced environment that additionally benefits from an extensive emergency department and sophisticated IV workflow technology.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Wednesday through Tuesday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold licensure with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy, demonstrate multi-tasking skills, and possess a positive attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech, Vigilanz, Pyxis, or DoseEdge; prior hospital pharmacy experience.
- Additional Information: The pharmacy operates with a team-oriented culture focused on supporting one another.
