Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist Xray Technologist The organization is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to join the imaging team. This position involves performing diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations using portable equipment, demonstrating technical proficiency, and ensuring quality patient care. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth diagnostic procedures.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a start date of 09/07/2026 and end date of 12/07/2026. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in the medical imaging field.
Demonstrates the ability to operate Cannon Soltus Portable Units and perform intravenous injections of contrast media as needed.
Performs a variety of examinations, including reconstructions and printing protocols, following radiologist specifications.
Understands and completes requisitions and paperwork promptly, schedules exams efficiently, and maintains supply par levels.
Explains procedures to patients, answers questions, and transports patients safely.
Attends in-services and works collaboratively with staff to ensure exemplary patient care.
Responds to equipment issues, diagnoses mechanical or electronic failures, and maintains safety standards.
