Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) Located within a short-term acute care facility, this position involves providing specialized occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. The role includes assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning for patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, focusing on post-surgical recovery and injury prevention.

Job Details

• Position Description: Occupational Therapist Inpatient, working Monday through Friday with shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: State license as an Occupational Therapist, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of experience in adult care, adaptive equipment, hip fracture, total hip replacement, knee injuries, and total knee replacement experience.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 09/05/2026 to 12/28/2026.
• Additional Responsibilities: Providing patient and family education, safety and injury prevention, and documentation in EPIC charting system. May float between Progress West and St. Peters facilities as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC charting experience, adult acute care experience, and trauma-level experience are desirable.
• Certifications: BLS required, Missouri or Illinois license accepted.
