Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) The position is based in a facility dedicated to providing rehabilitative therapy and patient care. The role involves delivering therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment, following established clinical protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Details:

Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification in physical therapy, current state licensure, and at least 0 years of experience. Valid documentation of education and credentials as required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting is desirable.
