Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position based in an outpatient setting at a healthcare organization. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective therapy services. The position emphasizes patient education, compliance with professional standards, and active participation in professional development.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable state licensure; no prior experience required for new graduates; location flexibility is essential
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency; prior experience with the organization is highly desired
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment plans focused on discharge within established length of stay, and maintains accurate documentation. Participates in student education, adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives, and maintains professional licensure and certifications. Demonstrates safety awareness across all operational areas and follows applicable regulatory standards.
