Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in an outpatient and skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves providing rehabilitative therapy services to patients, supporting recovery, and improving mobility. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/07/2026 and will conclude on 12/05/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Outpatient and skilled nursing facility setting
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), at least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience, valid certification, and relevant education credentials. No specific location requirement.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clinics is preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves delivering physical therapy services, assessing patient needs, documenting progress, and following facility protocols including Standard Operating Procedures.
