Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in an outpatient or skilled nursing facility setting. The position starts on 09/07/2026 and concludes on 12/05/2026, with a schedule of dayshift working eight hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid certification in physical therapy, relevant education or degree, and a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient or skilled nursing facilities
• Float: Float rotation may be required
