Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The position requires applying clinical reasoning, documentation, and adherence to professional standards to support patient recovery and safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Preferred Qualifications: 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; experience with previous assignments with the organization considered highly desirable; completion of a recent assignment with the organization is a plus.
• Additional Information: Responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations and developing treatment goals focused on progress toward discharge within an established length of stay. Documentation must be clear, accurate, and timely, adhering to all applicable guidelines. Participation in student programs and ongoing professional development is expected. The role emphasizes patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control standards. Compliance with state practice acts and licensure requirements is mandatory.
