Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location: Not Specified. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients within a healthcare facility. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services for assigned patients. Ensures the design of effective treatment programs to promote safe return to community activities. Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Performs related professional duties, emphasizing compliance with organizational standards, confidentiality, and safety.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; flexible start date of 10/19/2026; schedule includes 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans, and ensures documentation compliance. Participates in student training and professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to professional and regulatory standards. Demonstrates organizational commitment to safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
