Job Details:

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities and familiarity with relevant therapy protocols.
• Additional Information: The role involves delivering personalized therapy plans, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
