• Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, valid licensure in New Hampshire or Vermont, valid driver's license, agency-level auto insurance, 0 years of experience
• Additional Information: The PTA will treat patients according to a plan of care developed with a registered Physical Therapist, utilizing modalities such as exercise, massage, heat, water, light, and electricity. Responsibilities include aiding patients with active and passive exercises, gait training, activities of daily living, and documentation of clinical notes. The role requires observation, reporting, and patient education. Clinical documentation should be accurate and timely to meet agency standards.
