Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient in a home health setting within the specified region. This full-time position involves evaluating, treating, and communicating treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members to improve patient functional abilities. The role emphasizes providing patient-centered care and ensuring effective therapy within a collaborative environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid occupational therapy license in Vermont and New Hampshire or an unencumbered compact license; BS in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate certification in Occupational Therapy; successful passing of the National Registration Exam; 0+ years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a home health setting is preferred.
• Additional Information: The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' functional abilities, provide direct treatments, select therapeutic modalities, and document evaluations and treatment goals. They will also educate patients and family members regarding treatments and procedures. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/31/2026 and conclude on 12/21/2026.
