Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OT), relevant educational background, and at least one year of experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting. Valid licensure or registration as required by the state or relevant governing body.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility, familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid documentation, and strong patient care skills.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves working closely with patients to develop and implement therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
