Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) Skilled Nursing Facility, located at a facility with a focus on inpatient rehabilitation and patient care. This position involves providing therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a nursing home setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA); completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program; valid credential/license; location flexibility to work in the specified area; 0+ years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting; familiarity with resident care plans and documentation standards; additional certifications or training in SNF rehabilitation preferred.
• Additional Information: This position is a temporary assignment scheduled to start on 09/14/2026 and end on 12/14/2026. The assignment involves working in a skilled nursing facility, supporting therapy goals and patient mobility initiatives under supervision.
