Job Summary
Physical Therapist (SNF) in the healthcare setting. This position involves providing therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility over a 13-week assignment, with a focus on rehabilitative care and patient recovery.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid PT license, current state licensure, and at least 0 years of experience are required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 9 hours per shift, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Deliver rehabilitation services to patients, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress according to facility standards.
- Additional Information: Position is for a temporary assignment lasting 13 weeks, starting on 09/14/2026 and ending on 12/14/2026.
