Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) the organization is seeking an outpatient physical therapist to support rehabilitation services at the facility. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with injuries or conditions impacting physical mobility or functional independence, across various outpatient rehabilitation programs including sports, orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, dizziness, wheelchair seating, neck, back, and extremity care.
Job Details
- Certifications: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Education/Experience: No minimum years of experience required; 0 years of experience.
- Location Requirements: Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
