Outpatient Physical Therapist in the outpatient setting. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation of therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues. Demonstrates compliance with organizational standards and core values, including safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active Physical Therapy license for the state where the work is performed; CPR certification; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; scheduled to work days, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documents clinical care accurately and promptly, and ensures treatment is provided under valid physician orders. Participates in student training and professional development initiatives. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Implements performance improvement practices and contributes to organizational goals.
