• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for patient evaluation, treatment plan development and modification, delegation of therapy services, and patient education. Ensures treatment programs support functional recovery and community reintegration.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR Certification, active license in the state where work will be performed, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, scheduled for 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting September 7, 2026, ending December 7, 2026.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
