Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) This outpatient position is located in an organization dedicated to providing quality patient care. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, and active license for the state where work will be performed.
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting clinical care accurately and timely, and ensuring care is provided within signed physician orders and insurance approvals.
• Participates in student programs, providing supervision and mentorship, while actively pursuing ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
• Ensures compliance with all state practice acts and regulatory agency requirements, maintaining licensure in good standing.
• Demonstrates understanding of organizational performance improvement initiatives and actively contributes to quality improvement efforts.
