Job Summary:
Inpatient Pharmacist - PHARM IP The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Pharmacist specialized in inpatient care to join their team for a short-term assignment starting on September 8, 2026. This role involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment, providing pharmaceutical services across various patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education, Experience, and Location Requirements: BLS, PharmD, RPh, ACLS certifications, Kansas State license all required at the time of submission; at least 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Experience with anticoagulation therapy, high-alert medications, sterile technique, therapeutic medication monitoring, warfarin dosing, IV push medications, renal dosing, Pyxis, and pediatric dosing is preferred.
• Additional Information: The assignment involves working with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and radiology. Floating to like units within scope may be required. The assignment requires the applicant to have a valid Kansas or Compact Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submission, and a valid Allied license if applicable.
