Pharmacist Inpatient (Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient) Location unspecified. This position involves providing inpatient pharmacy services in a healthcare setting, supporting a diverse patient population including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Job Details

• Certifications and Qualifications: BLS, PharmD, RPh, ACLS, valid Kansas State license (or equivalent compact license) required at the time of submission.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in inpatient pharmacy practice preferred; 0 years minimum required.
• Responsibilities: Provide inpatient pharmacy services, manage high-alert medications, perform therapeutic medication monitoring, utilize Pyxis and Epic electronic charting systems, and administer sterile and IV push medications. Support includes anticoagulation therapy, renal and pediatric dosing, and warfarin dosing.
• Additional Information: Float to like units based on facility needs; orientation provided onsite, with modules completed during orientation.
