Description

Job Summary
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician position available in Kansas. This role involves providing specialized support in interventional radiology procedures at the healthcare facility, requiring expertise in high-tech imaging and procedural assistance to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details

Certifications and Education Requirements: BLS, ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT R), Kansas License (LRT).
Experience Requirement: 0 years minimum required, with 3 years of specific IR experience preferred.
Location Requirement: Kansas license in good standing.
Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Position Duration: From 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026.
On-call Requirements: Yes, including weekday nights (2 per week) and approximately every 5th weekend at two different locations.
Floating: Regular floating within scope to meet facility needs, including assistance in X-ray when IR is not busy.
Clinical and Operational Responsibilities: Assist with interventional radiology procedures such as Aortography, Embolization, Liver Biopsy, Uterine Arterial Embolization, Central Venous Access, Port Management, and other specialized interventions utilizing GE imaging equipment and PACS.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must have GE Innova IGS equipment experience, EPIC EMR familiarity, and PACS skills.
