Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Nights located at the organizations healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized respiratory care to pediatric and critical care patients within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position requires adherence to hospital policies and guidelines, utilizing advanced skills and certifications to support patient care.
Job Details
- Position Description:
Provides respiratory therapy services for pediatric and critical care patients, utilizing equipment such as ventilators, Hamilton BiPAP, and V60. Responsibilities include ABG draws and analysis, vent management, NIV, HFNC, routine floor care, intubation assist, bronch assist, and intra-hospital transportation. - Required Qualifications:
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS, RRT or CRT. Education and Degree Requirements: Not specified. Location Requirements: Not specified. Experience Requirements: 0 years. - Schedule:
Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week. - Preferred Qualifications:
At least level II trauma experience, pediatric critical care experience, advanced skills in procedures performed on the unit. - Additional Information:
No float rotation required. The unit features advanced equipment, highly engaged staff, flexible scheduling options, and a team-oriented environment. - Submission Requirements:
Candidate must be able to start on 09/06/2026 and remain on assignment through 12/06/2026.
