Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient (SLP IP) The organization is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide specialized inpatient therapy services. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes during a designated short-term assignment starting September 7, 2026.

- Position: Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient (SLP IP)
- Location: The organizations healthcare facility (geographical location not specified)
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist; Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association; BLS Certification; One or more years of clinical experience; FEES Certified
- Additional Requirements: Demonstrates professional behavior consistent with the organizations mission and core values; actively participates in interdisciplinary collaboration; maintains accurate and timely documentation; adheres to all relevant regulatory and professional standards; commits to ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals; utilize clinical reasoning to monitor patient progress; participate in student training; ensure safe and effective patient care following signed physician orders and insurance guidelines; maintain professional licensure and continuing education; contribute to performance improvement efforts and organizational initiatives.
