- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience; valid PT license required.
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Willing to consider a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) if they can start immediately; PTA rates apply.
- Submission Requirements: Must be able to start as soon as possible.
