Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant, with a start date of 09/07/2026, for a 13-week assignment.
• Shift Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours daily, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CAPTE Certified, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification.
• Responsibilities: Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans, educate patients and families on body mechanics, assist with modalities such as ultrasound and whirlpools, and document patient progress. Maintain a safe environment, support patient mobility and safety, and participate in team conferences.
• Additional Information: Follows all facility guidelines on safety, infection control, and administrative policies. Engages in team communication, strives for quality improvement, and maintains professional relationships with patients and staff.
