Job Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Location: Home Health setting, serving local placements within an 80-mile radius
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible), with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS Certification required; must be licensed to submit application
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience required; new grads are eligible to apply
• Responsibilities: Providing occupational therapy services in SNF and home health settings, utilizing Net Health and Home Care Home Base software, with productivity expectations of 87% in SNF and 95% in Home Health. Onsite therapy supervision is available.
• Additional Information: No on-call or callback duties; no charges for no-shows or clinical backing out with proper notice; local rates apply if housing is used.
