Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo The organization is seeking an experienced ultrasound sonographer specializing in echocardiography for a facility setting. This role involves providing high-quality cardiac ultrasound imaging, including transthoracic (TTE), transesophageal (TEE), stress echos, bubble studies, and intraoperative procedures. The position offers the opportunity to support emergency departments, inpatient units, operating rooms, and cardiac catheterization labs.

Job Details

• Position Description: Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms, stress echos, bubble studies, and intraoperative imaging within an acute care environment. Provide coverage to various departments including emergency, inpatient, operating rooms, and cardiac catheter labs.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: ARDMS certification, BLS Certification, Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI, minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Days, Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with overnight weekend call; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The ultrasound technologist will work with a leading tech, perform Echo studies daily, and receive orientation and training before working independently. Typical patient diagnoses include cardiac conditions.
• Submission Requirements: Certification and license to submit are required.
