Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient profession is needed in a healthcare facility located in the area. This role involves outpatient orthopedics with some neuro and inpatient acute care. The successful candidate will participate in a four-day workweek, providing therapy services mainly focused on orthopedic post-joint, pain, back, post-falls, and post-neuro patients. The position starts on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/04/2027, with a schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Details

• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, working Monday through Thursday, with occasional weekend on-call as needed, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (AHA); active PT license; minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient or outpatient orthopedic settings; valid license to submit; location requirements include being in the state for the week of orientation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic, post-joint, pain, back, post-falls, and neuro patients; ability to work in acute inpatient, acute rehab, skilled, and outpatient environments; familiarity with electronic charting systems such as EPIC; team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to cover specific hospital areas and be prepared to train in common diagnosis types. The department includes a supervisor, a lead PT, and rehab aides (PTAs). Dress code is either scrubs or business casual.
