Job Summary
MRI Technologist in an undefined location. This position involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures within a healthcare setting, ensuring quality imaging and patient safety. The role requires timely and professional communication with medical staff, patients, and team members to support diagnostic processes.

Job Details

• Certifications include: ARMRIT - Certified MRI Technologist or ARRT-MR - ARRT Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The candidate must have completed an accredited MRI program or hold ARRT-R certification.
• Education requirements: Successful completion of an accredited MRI program or equivalent certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience.
• Specialty: MRI.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and can work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Technical skills: Competent in all aspects of MRI procedures, including patient positioning, pulse sequence parameters, and magnet safety, with an understanding of anatomy and pathology.
• Preferred experience: Philips MRI equipment, Epic, and AGFA PACS.
• On-call: None.
• Holiday requirements: Availability for any holidays that fall on scheduled workdays.
