Job Summary
MRI Technologist MRI Specialty Location: on-site at the healthcare facility. This position involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures, including cardiac MRI, MRI/MRA of different anatomy, and MRCP. The role requires collaboration with the radiology team to ensure high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location, and Experience: BLS Certification, Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR); Arkansas State License; minimum of 2 years of MRI imaging experience required.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts either 5x8 or 4x10, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The position involves taking call every third week, including weekends and holidays.
• Responsibilities: Performing MRI/MRA procedures, including cardiac MRI and MRCP, managing patient care during imaging, and ensuring adherence to safety and procedural protocols.
• Certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA), ARRT MRI Certification.
• Additional Information: Transitioning to EPIC electronic medical record system at the end of October, and working with GE and Siemens imaging equipment. Orientation will include a 10-shift department-specific session.
