Job Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist Pediatrics
• Location: The Woodlands
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility for 10 or 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy; 2 years of pediatric, women's health, orthopedics, or sports medicine clinical experience OR 1-year residency in pediatric, women's health, orthopedics, or sports medicine; active OT license in Texas; successful demonstration of professional competencies with clinical advancement; pediatric experience in an outpatient setting preferred
• Responsibilities: Planning, evaluating, organizing, and implementing pediatric outpatient occupational therapy treatment programs; conducting evaluations and reassessments; developing and executing individualized treatment plans; communicating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team; managing schedule to meet departmental productivity expectations; monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatments accordingly; recommending adaptive equipment and treatment termination when appropriate
• Certifications: Active OT license in Texas
