Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) This outpatient position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and guiding therapy services to facilitate effective recovery and return to community activities. The role emphasizes patient and staff education, professional development, and adherence to safety and organizational standards.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state where the work will be performed.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops and modifies treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and ensures timely and accurate documentation. Participates in student training, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and licensing requirements. Demonstrates a commitment to safety, ethical practice, and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
