Job Summary
Physical Therapist (SNF) Yuma, Arizona. This position involves providing outpatient therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. The role requires a licensed professional capable of delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details

Location Requirements: Arizona license required for submission or must have already applied and be able to provide an ETA for license approval.
Certification, Education, and Experience: No minimum experience required; must hold a valid Arizona license.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 32 hours per week.
Position Description: PTA 5 days/week, 32-hour guarantee.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to start on 09/08/2026 and work through 12/05/2026.
Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to provide outpatient therapy services within a skilled nursing facility setting, adhering to all licensing and operational requirements.
