Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating assigned patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and ensuring proper implementation in accordance with physician direction. Expected to educate patients, families, and staff, while maintaining compliance with organizational and professional standards.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, documents clinical notes accurately, participates in student training programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and licensure requirements. Maintains compliance with safety and organizational policies, contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and provides ethical patient care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
