Radiation Therapist (RTT) Falls Church, VA. This position involves providing radiation therapy treatment to patients at an outpatient cancer institute. The role requires adherence to safety and clinical protocols, operating Varian treatment systems, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Details
- Location: Inova Schar Cancer Institute, 8081 Innovation Dr., P3, Falls Church, VA 22031
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active VA state license, 2+ years experience with Varian treatment systems (Varian Truebeam, Varian Trilogy, IBA Proton), Aria EMR certifications, BLS (AHA), RT(T) certification
- Certifications: RT(T), BLS (AHA)
- No additional preferred qualifications or float requirements are specified
- Responsibilities include administering radiation treatments, maintaining patient safety, and following operational protocols
- Must have Epic access
