The role involves operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for inpatient and outpatient care under departmental protocols and radiologist supervision.

Job Details

• Certifications: ARRT (MR), BLS
• Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited American Medical Association (AMA) school preferred
• Degree Requirements: Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) preferred
• Location Requirements: Valid State License as a general radiographer preferred
• Years of Experience: 1+ years recent MRI experience required
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Responsibilities include: providing timely imaging services, adjusting imaging parameters for soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without contrast media
• Additional Information: Ability to adapt imaging parameters to study diverse anatomical regions; responsible for ensuring accurate imaging procedures under departmental protocols
