Job Summary
The Ultrasonographer Echo in the specialty of Ultrasonographer Echo is based at a healthcare facility. This role involves performing high-quality and comprehensive echocardiogram studies. The position requires working independently and as part of a team, with a focus on maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and technical precision.

Job Details

  • Position: Ultrasonographer Echo
  • Certifications, Education, and Experience: Satisfactory completion of an accredited non-invasive cardiovascular training program with a focus in echocardiography, along with a recognized course in arrhythmia detection. Current registration as a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Cardiac Sonographer (RCS). CPR certification required; AHA & ARC accepted.
  • Schedule: Evening shift, Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility; 16-20 hours per weekend, totaling 40 hours per week.
  • Responsibilities: Ability to perform quality echocardiogram studies, demonstrate technical skills, and apply judgment to function unsupervised. Maintain excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Additional Information: The position emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.
