Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT R certification, BLS certification, CRT license, experience with charting system Epic, and relevant imaging procedures including portable x-ray, fluoroscopy, and contrast media administration.
Additional Information: Previous experience with trauma cases, pediatric and neonatal imaging, ICU imaging, and operating room procedures preferred. Candidates may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Must be able to work scheduled holidays and follow RTO request procedures.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must respond to questions regarding prior work at a Providence facility, include two references covering the past 12 months, and confirm requisite certifications and licenses before start date.
